We’re proud to be part of the Compassionate Companies Network at St Mary’s Hospice in Ulverston, and recently, members of our team had the honour of attending their Celebration Evening for Creative and Therapeutic Services.
Our Director of Operations, Zoe, and Care Co-ordinator, Sue, joined fellow supporters and healthcare professionals to explore the amazing impact of person-centred therapeutic care.

The evening showcased the wide range of therapies offered as part of the Living Well Therapies programme at St Mary’s Hospice. From complementary therapies to origami, creative writing, mindfulness, and more—each offering is designed to bring comfort, purpose, and peace to people living with life-limiting illness.

📍 Bringing Creative Support to Millom and Beyond
We’re excited to explore how we can bring these creative and therapeutic workshops into our residential housing unit in Millom, and offer sessions to our wonderful homecare clients across South Cumbria.
By working together with St Mary’s, we hope to make therapeutic creativity more accessible to older people and those receiving care in the community—whether that’s through art, relaxation, or simply creating space to reflect and connect.
